the reporting is successful it will take effect immediately. Following this action,
please go to an ABC outlet to complete formal written loss reporting procedures
as soon as possible.The written loss reporting form is required for loss reporting
cancellation. For further information, please call customer service center at 95599.
2£® An online loss reporting for accounts with both card and passbook services activates
stop-payment for both.
3£® Please select the account for loss reporting, if the account is not in the list,
you can go to the "Card loss reporting" section on the homepage of this website
for online loss reporting of a card, then go to an ABC outlet for formal written
loss reporting.
4£® After an account is selected, please enter the account PIN and click the "Confirm"
button to report loss. To re-select and re-enter, pleaes click the "Reset" button.
To cancel, please click the "Cancel" button.
