Sustainability Report 2024 of Agriculture Bank of China (“the Report”) is the 18th social responsibility report released by Agriculture Bank of China (ABC). The framework and content of the Report are prepared pursuant to the GRI Standards for Sustainability Reporting (“GRI Standards”), ISO 2600: 2010 Guidance on Social Responsibility and other standards, and with reference to opinions and requirements of National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA), China Banking Association, Shanghai Stock Exchange, and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX). 
The Report comprises four parts, namely, the “Opening Chapter”, the “Columns”, the “Main Part” and the “Conclusion Part”. The “Opening Chapter” includes “Message from the Chairman”, “About Us” and “Responsible Management”, which systematically disclose ABC’s thinking on and management system of social responsibilities. The “Columns” has two chapters, that is, “Being a Leader in Serving the Rural Revitalization Strategy” and “Remaining at the Forefront of Serving the Real Economy”, demonstrating ABC’s adherence to its main responsibilities and businesses, measures taken and outcomes realized in contributing to high-quality economic development. The “Main Part” is divided into 12 parts in three chapters of “Robust Operation to Lay a Foundation for High-quality Development”, “The Vision for a Green and Low-carbon Future” and “Helping People Live a Happy Life with Considerate Financial Services”. In line with HKEX’s ESG disclosure requirements, this part showcases ABC’s key points and highlights in strengthening corporate governance, boosting green finance, improving services both in quality and efficiency, and doing social good in an all-round manner and vividly presents, through policy measures, key data and practical cases, the achievements ABC gains when practicing its social responsibilities. The “Conclusion Part” focuses on ABC’s responsibility commitment, honors and awards, expectations, third-party assurance as well as how ABC benchmarks itself against GRI and PRB disclosure framework and principles.  
The cover of the Report captures vast fields, modern agriculture, green industries, and public welfare activities and other beautiful scenes, indicating ABC’s determination to advancing common prosperity with financial services.

The 2022 Corporate Social Responsibility Report of Agricultural Bank of China (hereinafter referred to as the “Report”) is the 16th report released by Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) since 2007. The framework and content of the Report were prepared to comply with relevant standards and guidelines, including GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards and GRI Financial Service Sector Supplemental Guidelines, ISO 26000 Social Responsibility Guidelines (2010), and other opinions and requirements of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, the China Banking Association, the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.  
The Report is composed of six sections including Opening Chapter, Governance, Development, Environment, Society and Ending. The “Opening Chapter” mainly comprises the message from the Bank’s leaders, overview of ABC and management responsibilities, and systematically discloses the social responsibility philosophy and management system of ABC. 17 topics in “Governance, Development, Environment and Society” Chapters showcase the performance and practice of ABC in dimensions and on all fronts. Specifically, the “Development Chapter” focuses on the primary responsibilities and businesses of ABC, and reflects ABC’s solid efforts and achievements made in promoting high-quality economic and social development and the modernization of China by describing its measures and effect in the aspects of serving rural revitalization and high-quality opening-up, boosting industrial upgrading and transformation, and supporting coordinated regional development. The “Governance, Environment and Society Chapters” mainly demonstrate ABC’s endeavors in practicing green finance, following community development, improving governance and caring for employees.  
The ear of wheat on the cover of the Report stands for harvest and hope. Rich elements in the ear of wheat show ABC’s practice in “building a beautiful China and making people live a happy life”.  

The 2021 Corporate Social Responsibility Report of Agricultural Bank of China (Environmental Social and Governance Report) (hereinafter referred to as the “Report”) is the 15th report released by Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) since 2007. The framework and content of the Report were prepared to comply with relevant standards and guidelines, including GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards and GRI Financial Service Sector Supplemental Guidelines, ISO 26000 Social Responsibility Guidelines (2010), and other requirements on social responsibilities stipulated by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, the China Banking Association, the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. 
  The Report is composed of five sections including Overview, Special Topics, Practice Chapter, ESG and Ending. Special Topics fully showcases the Party history learning, the celebration of the 100th founding of the CPC, and priorities and highlights of the Party building carried out by ABC throughout the year. Practice Chapter, the focus and core, exhibits ABC’s contributions and achievements of social responsibility fulfillment in areas closely related with the well-being of the people such as county finance, inclusive finance, green finance, and social welfare in an all-round and multi-dimensional manner, through five themes including “serving rural revitalization, boosting the real economy, protecting ecological environment, focusing on people’s livelihood and building a better society together”. This shows that ABC holds in its heart the interests of the people, solves the problems of the people and makes people’s life better with concrete efforts. In ESG section, ABC’s ESG management approaches, measures and achievements are illustrated in a concentrated manner.
  Using color lead painting, graphic design and other forms, the Report demonstrates ABC’s efforts of cultivating in all areas of social responsibility and contributing to sustainable development.

Agricultural Bank of China Corporate Social Responsibility Report 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the “Report”) is the 14th issued since 2007.The Report refers to and is standardized to the GRI Standards, The Supplementary Guidance for the Financial Services Industry and International Standard Organization’s (ISO 26000) Guidance on Social Responsibility. It complies with social responsibility information disclosure requirements of the China Insurance and Banking Regulatory Commission, the China Banking Association, the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
　The Report thoroughly introduces the practices and achievements made by ABC in fulfilling its social responsibilities in two features (supporting the poverty alleviation and fighting the epidemic) and four chapters (facilitating rural revitalization, supporting the real economy, serving social wellbeing and striving for a shared beautiful life). It focuses on ABC’s practices of the business concept of finance for the people, and responsibility fulfillment in serving key fields of rural finance, inclusive finance, green finance, and FinTech etc. Meanwhile, a management report on green development is also included, to illustrate the main measures and performance of ABC in practicing ESG concept and sustainable development concept.
　Referring to the drawing methods of Dunhuang murals, the cover of this Report draws a picture of ABC’s responsibilities, showing the vivid practices of ABC in “cultivating a beautiful China”.
