Agricultural Bank of China Limited (the "Bank") proposes to publish the 2020 annual results on the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (www.hkexnews.hk) on 30 March 2021. In order to enable investors to have a comprehensive and deep understanding of the annual results and the business operation for 2020 of the Bank, the Bank proposes to convene the 2020 annual results presentation (the “Results Presentation”) through webcast from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on 30 March 2021 (Tuesday). The senior management members of the Bank including Mr. ZHANG Qingsong, the President of the Bank, Mr. ZHANG Xuguang, Mr. LIN Li* , Mr. ZHAN Dongsheng and Mr. CUI Yong, the Executive Vice Presidents of the Bank, will attend the Results Presentation.
