Certificate of Corporate Deposit Balance

Overview

The Certificate of Corporate Deposit Balance is a written certificate issued by ABC stating the balance of deposit made by the customer with the account-opening bank at a specific point-in-time.

Features
As evidence of a deposit with ABC, the Certificate substantiates the financial strength of the customer.

Procedures
1.The customer completes the Application for the Certificate of Corporate Deposit Balance with Agricultural Bank of China (document number ABCS (2007) 4037).

2.The application shall be affixed with the corporate seal and authorized seals. Deposit accounts that have been reported lost, pledged, frozen or stopped payment by judicial authority are not eligible for such certificates.

3.The customer may request multiple certificates concerning the same account information. ABC will apply a separate charge for each certificate requested.
