Senior Management

As the executive body of the Bank, the Senior Management consists of the President, Executive Vice Presidents, Secretary to the Board of Directors, the chief risk officer and other senior management members selected by the Board of Directors. The President of the Bank shall report to the Board of Directors. The Executive Vice Presidents and other senior management members shall assist the President in responsibilities and take charge of specific areas as provided by the Articles of Association of the Bank and authorized by the President. The division of authorities between the Senior Management and the Board of Directors is made in strict accordance with the Articles of Association of the Bank and other corporate governance documents.
