Fill in the Application Form for E-Banking Service of ABC (Personal), sign the E-Banking Service Agreement of ABC, and provide valid identity certificate and the original vouchers of the accounts for registration (i.e. Kins Debit Card, Kins Quasi-credit Card, Kins Credit Card or demand deposit passbook).
