SMS Banking is a comprehensive interactive financial service offered by ABC through short message, email, and fax. There are two types of SMS banking services: the first type is ABC sends messages to customers informing them of account changes, financial information update and product information; and the second type is customers send messages making financial inquiries, account information inquiries, and financial transaction requests to ABC.
