The personal customer shall, with his/her valid original identity certificate and relevant account vouchers (card or passbook), fill in the contracting application form and service agreement at any ABC outlet, designate the contracted account and the functions, obtain the contracted customer number and set the electronic banking password to become a contracted personal customer of telephone banking service.
ABC telephone banking offers a special telephone number binding function which allows customers to complete transfers through telephone banking more safely.
Telephone binding: personal customers may bind a particular telephone number for dialing 95599 (no more than three numbers), and customers can only use the telephone number to call 95599 for transfers after completing the registration.
The 24 branches that customers may have access to telephone banking service include: Heilongjiang Branch, Jilin Branch, Liaoning Branch, Beijing Branch, Hebei Branch, Henan Branch, Hubei Branch, Hunan Branch, Gansu Branch, Qinghai Branch, Ningxia Branch, Shanxi Branch, Shaanxi Branch, Jiangxi Branch, Guangxi Branch, Hainan Branch, Tianjin Branch, Chongqing Branch, Dalian Branch, Qingdao Branch, Inner Mongolia Branch, Tibet Branch, Xinjiang Branch and Construction Corps Branch. These branches offer telephone banking service through the 95599 telephone banking voice service published on the website of ABC, andother branches may have access to telephone banking service through the voice service of local branches.
